Do the Letters Need to Be Plugged Into Power?
Yes, each letter or number requires access to power. We’ll ensure everything is connected safely on setup.
Can the Letters Be Used Outdoors?
They can be used outside in fine weather or light rain. However, they are electrical equipment and should not be used in heavy rain or wet conditions.
Are the Letters Dimmable?
Yes, the lights are dimmable to suit different lighting environments.
How big are the letters?
Each number or letter stands 60cm or 1.2m tall and makes a bold impact in any venue. On average, 1.2m letters are about 1 metre wide, and 60cm letters are around 40cm wide.
What Colours Do the Lights Come in?
All XL Letters and Numbers come standard with warm white globes for a timeless, elegant look. If you're after coloured lighting, we recommend choosing our neon range — available in any colour you like.
What Colours Are the Exterior Frames?
All of our 1.2m and 60cm lights — both vintage and neon — come standard in white. We also have a select range of numbers available in black, gold, pink, and blue. Availability is limited, so get in touch to confirm.
How Far in Advance Should I Book?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date, especially during peak event seasons.
How long is the hire period?
Standard hire is for a 24-hour period. Extended hire can be arranged — just let us know what you need.
Do You Deliver and Set Up?
Yes! We deliver, set up, and pack down the letters so you don’t have to lift a finger.
Do You Offer Custom Signage or Logos?
Absolutely. We can create custom letters, logos, or faceplates to suit your brand or event. Just get in touch to chat through the options.
Can I Mix Letters, Numbers, and Symbols?
Yes — you can create any combination that suits your event, including hearts, hashtags, and more.
What Events Do You Cater For?
We supply XL Letters and Numbers for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, school presentations, product launches, festivals, and everything in between.
Do the Letters Get Hot?
No, they’re fitted with LED bulbs which remain cool to touch and are energy-efficient.
Do I Need to Supply Extension Cords or Anything Else?
No — we bring everything needed for safe setup, including power leads, safety covers, and instructions if you're setting up yourself.
Is a Deposit Required?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before your event.
